PHP Gains Customer Services Excellence Standard
PHP are proud to announce that we have formally been credited with the Government's new Customer Service Standard - CSE.
We became proud holders of this new standard in June 2009 and are currently the only housing organisation in Dorset to achieve this standard and nationally we are 1 of only 13. This achievement demonstrates that we are providing excellent levels of customer service and place customers at the heart of everything we do.
During the inspection, we were assessed against the five criteria of the Customer Services Excellence Standard, which are:
1. Customer insight
2. Culture of the organisation
3. Information and access
4. Delivery
5. Timeliness and quality of service
In announcing the result the CSE Assessment Services Inspector said this of PHP:
"This is a very customer focused organisation ......there is clear evidence of high levels of compliance against all elements of Customer Service Excellence and the atmosphere in their office was one of a group of staff determined to make life better for all of their customers and do so with a smile"
